How long is the session?
90 minutes. Pre-work keeps our time focused so 90 minutes is plenty to dig into your priorities, make decisions, and agree on next actions.
Do I need clean books to book a session?
It helps. If your books are chaotic, we'll recommend starting with Bookkeeping or a full audit first. But if your numbers are reasonably clean, we can work with what you have.
What if I already have an accountant or bookkeeper?
That’s completely fine. These sessions are designed to complement your existing support team and help you make stronger strategic and financial decisions throughout the year.
What if I don't get an answer in 90 minutes?
These sessions are designed to focus on the highest priorities first, not rush through everything in one hour. Any outstanding actions, questions, or opportunities are carried forward into the next session so you continue building momentum over time.
Is this virtual or in-person?
Virtual. All sessions are via video. We work with businesses anywhere in NZ. If you'd prefer in-person in Auckland, we can arrange that on a case-by-case basis for an extra cost.
What if my question changes before the session?
That's totally fine. Business changes quickly, and these sessions are designed to be flexible. Your prework helps us identify your most important challenges, questions, and opportunities at that point in time, so each session stays relevant and focused on what matters most right now.
